Essential Details for Your Visit

When is the holiday discount available?
The 20% holiday discount is available for stays from December 14th to December 28th, 2024 only.
How does the 20% holiday discount work?
Please insert coupon code HOL20% in the appropriate field when booking. Your credit card will not be automatically charged for the booking until you receive a second confirmation email from us. At that time, we will manually apply the discount and charge your card.
Are meals and alcohol included in the packages?
All packages include breakfast, lunch, and dinner buffets with healthy and delicious cuisine. Your meal package begins with dinner on the night of arrival and ends with breakfast on the day of your departure. Alcohol is not included in any package. It is available for an additional fee at the bar located in the dining hall.
Can the discount be used for purchasing additional spa services or tours?
No, the 20% discount applies only to the package costs. Additional spa services and tours must be purchased at full price.
Are gratuities included in the package costs?
No, gratuities are not included and are at the guest's discretion.
How do I sign up for eco-adventures and additional excursions?
Guests sign up for eco-adventures and additional excursions upon arrival at the property. Advanced sign-up is not available.
When can I select spa treatments at the Wellness Centre?
Upon arrival, you can choose from several trained and highly-skilled therapists, each offering different availability and services. The front desk staff will be happy to assist you in coordinating and scheduling your spa treatments.
